In this article, I will demonstrate how to send a direct email from the Direx dashboard.
Log into your Direx dashboard.
Select the ‘Customers’ tab on the side menu.
Select the customer you wish to send an email to from your list of customers, or use the search bar to find them.
When you click the 'Direct Message' button, you will be taken to your chosen email service (Gmail, Yahoo, Outlook, etc.) with the necessary information already filled in.
