How to create a document

In this article, I will demonstrate how to create a list of documents you would like to collect from your customers, either now or at a later date. Please be aware that, as of this writing, only jpg and png files are accepted.

  1. Log into your Direx dashboard.

  2. Select the ‘Customers’ tab on the side menu.

  3. Click on the 'create document' button

  4. A dialogue box will appear with a form prompting you to enter the details of the document you wish to collect.

  5. Once you are done, click the 'Create document type' button
