For every online booking completed on Direx, we charge a 0.5% fee, capped at a maximum amount depending on the currency used. For instance, when booking in Nigerian naira, our fee will never exceed NGN 1,000 no matter the amount of the booking - for example, if a customer makes a booking of NGN 500,000, we will take only NGN 1000 rather than the NGN 2,500 that would be added to your Direx bill.
