How to send an automated review request to participants of your hospitality package.

In this article, I will show how to send a bulk review request via email to all customers who booked and participated in any of the hospitality packages you offer. For example, if 100 people booked a package that you offer, this feature enables you to effortlessly send a review request to all of them with just a single click.

  1. Log into your Direx dashboard.

  2. Select the ‘Booking pages' tab on the side menu.

  3. Select the booking page associated with the hospitality package.

  4. A dialogue box will appear and then click the 'Send Review Request' button.

  5. Then, click on the 'send to all' button.

This is what your hospitality package participants will see when they open the email and click the button to leave a review:
