In this article, I will show you how to manually enter a booking into your Direx dashboard if your customer chooses to pay offline for any of your hospitality packages.
Log into your Direx dashboard.
Select the ‘Booking Page’ tab on the side menu.
Select the booking page associated with the hospitality package.
Then, click the ''add offline booking' button.
Then, proceed to fill the form with the customer's details and booking information, and click the 'add offline booking' button when you are done.
